The Meshchansky Court has said the verdict on the Khodorkovsky-Lebedev-Krainov case will be announced on April 27.
Prosecutors have requested ten years of imprisonment for Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the former Yukos CEO, and Platon Lebedev, the head of Menatep, each.
As for Andrei Krainov, the former director of the Volna closed joint stock company, prosecutors request a suspended sentence due to his pleading partial guilt, and assistance to "the triumph of justice." The prosecutor asked the court to give him a suspended sentence of 5.5 years with a five-year trial period.
