Director Of Frontier Service Of Russia To Visit Tajikistan

Director of the Frontier Service (FPS) of Russia Konstantin Totsky will make a working trip to Tajikistan from January 15 to 17. His meeting with president of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmonov in Dushanbe is planned. Besides, Totsky will meet with the officers of the department of the Border-Guard Group of Russia which was recognised to be the best large formation of the Russian frontier service in the year of 2001. At the end of his stay in the republic Konstantin Totsky is planning to visit the border section of the Moscow border-guard detachment and to meet with its command and personnel for presenting the challenge banner of the FPS of Russia 'Best Border-Guard Detachment' to them.

On December 10, 1948 the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was adopted by the United Nations General Assembly, its thirty articles enshrining basic and fundamental rights guaranteeing dignity of the human person and equality for all, regardless of race, color, creed or gender. A pipe dream?
