Speaking at today's congress of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, Russian President Vladimir Putin will announce his view on further relations between the authorities and large business. Presidential aide Andrei Illarionov said this to journalists ahead of the congress.
He also did not rule it out that today's congress would highlight the Yukos affair.
According to Illarionov, the authorities' position will be voiced in relation to businessmen who circumvented legislation during the privatization period.
"I think the president will comment on the issue," said Illarionov.
