Putin praised by Brazilian President

President Fernando Henrique Cardoso praised his host on his initiatives in disarmament and the fight against terrorism. President Cardoso gave his full support for a world alliance against terrorism, declaring that there is a convergence in points of view, especially regarding the latest events.
