The situation with the SARS virus in Russia is under control, said Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov, when opening the government session on Thursday.
The Cabinet is now considering proposals on measures to prevent SARS expansion in the country, he said. "At present the situation is under control, and we have to take efforts to make this control permanent," the Prime Minister emphasized.
