Duma deputy forecasts world oil prices

As a result of the establishment of the US control over Iraq, world oil prices might fall to $15 per barrel, Vasily Kuznetsov, a member of the State Duma Energy, Transportation and Telecommunications Committee, said in an interview with RBC. "It is obvious that oil prices will go down but it is hard to say to what level", he stressed. According to Kuznetsov, oil prices will be between $15 and $18 per barrel. At the same time he thinks that the world's leading oil exporting countries will not allow an uncontrolled drop in oil prices.
