North-western Region to Broaden Cooperation with Sweden

Today, the President's Plenipotentiary in the Northwestern Federal Region Viktor Cherkesov is leaving for a four-day working visit to Sweden. Mr. Cherkesov will come to Sweden on the invitation of the Swedish Foreign Ministry, the purpose of the visit being the broadening the cooperation between the Northwestern Region and the Kingdom of Sweden. During the visit Mr. Cherkesov will sit for a round of talks with Swedish Vice Prime Minister Lena Hjelm-Wallen, visit the Swedish Parliament Riksdag, the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will meet with the Deputy General Director of the Swedish Agency for Development Cooperation (SIDA). Among other appointments he is also scheduled to visit the companies of Ericsson and Telia in Stockholm.
