Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, commenting on the statement from US President Barack Obama, who said in his State of the Union address that the Russian economy was "in tatters," called the American president a dreamer.
"Obama has claimed that the Russian economy [is] in tatters because of the United States. Like he has torn us like a dog would tear a rag. What a dreamer," Dmitry Rogozin wrote in his Twitter on Wednesday.
Obama said in his address to the US Congress that today America was strong and united with its allies, whilst Russia was isolated, and its economy was "in tatters".
"Russia is lucky to have a president like him. If the country had someone weak as its leader, no one knows how everything would turn out for the countryбЭ the actor said
