SIBUR directors decide not to pay dividends for 2002

The Board of Directors of SIBUR has recommended the shareholders' meeting not to pay dividends for 2002, the press service of the company has reported. At its meeting on May 20 the Board of Directors also approved the holding's annual report for 2002 and the distribution of income and losses based on the results of the financial year. The annual shareholders' meeting of SIBUR is to take place on June 25, 2003.
