Board of Gazprom Changes Membership of Executive Committee

The Board of Directors of Gazprom resolved to change the membership of the Executive Committee, the company's press service told RBC. This decision was made by absentee voting. The Board agreed to appoint General Director of Gazcomplektimpex Valery Golubev and Deputy CEO of Gazprom for Security and Human Resources Sergey Ushakov to the Executive Committee of Gazprom.

In addition, the Board of Directors dismissed two members of the Executive Committee Vladimir Leviyev and Sergey Lukash as well as Nikolay Gornovsky who had previously been at the head of Mezhregiongas.
