Siberian Oil Industry Workers Will Have Recreation Centre in Black Sea

An artificial island will be built in the Black Sea.

The Krasnodar territory (the south of Russia's European part) and the Khanty-Mansi autonomous area of the Russian Federation have agreed to jointly develop a resort complex, "Yugra", situated in the Black Sea, the press service of the governor of the Khanty-Mansi autonomous area has informed RIA Novosti.

The agreement was reached during the visit of a governmental delegation from the Khanty-Mansi autonomous area headed by the Governor, Alexander Filipenko, to Krasnodar some time before.

In compliance with the draft document, building of an only artificial island in Russia's Black Sea, not far from the coast, will amount to four billion roubles (1 euro equaling 33 roubles). It is expected to host a tourist complex with a beach and a hotel.
