Ingushetia's Incumbent President Will Not Run For Third Term

President Ruslan Aushev of Ingushetia, Russian Federation republic in the North Caucasus, will not run for the third presidential term. The incumbent president said that at a congress of the peoples of Ingushetia. The constitution must be observed, said President Aushev adding that the republic needs a new president, new blood. "This, however, does not mean I am leaving the republic, the president said. I will stay with my people". Ruslan Aushev called the nation to take a quiet attitude to this decision of his and not to try to persuade him to change it.
