Members of United Russia faction in the Russian parliament believe that streets named after Mikhail Kalashnikov should appear in Moscow and Tula. Deputy Secretary General Council of United Russia and vice-speaker of the State Duma, Sergei Zheleznyak, said that such talented people should always be in demand in the country.
It was reported on December 24th that the administration of Kalashnikov Concern plans to open a museum in the office of the legendary engineer.
Farewell to Mikhail Kalashnikov is to be bid on December 26.
