New Military Technology Exhibition to Be Organised in Moscow Region

Russian President Vladimir Putin will shortly sign an order on the organisation of a military technology exhibition in the Moscow Region. Boris Gromov, the Governor of the Moscow Region, made this announcement at a press conference yesterday. According to Rosbalt's correspondent, the Governor stated that 'the project of establishing an exhibition in Krasnoarmeysk has already been approved by individual ministries and by the Russian Government'.

Gromov believes that the exhibition 'will be a profitable project which will bring in large revenues to the federal budget'. In addition, he explained that the exhibition site has been well chosen. It is located near an airport and important rail and road junctions, which will make it easy for military technology to be brought in and for guests to be invited.
