International Human Rights Federation against USA

The President of the International Human Rights Federation has requested the USA to look beyond its own interests and to cease its offensive in Afghanistan.

Sidiki Kaba declared himself against the September 11th attacks but also against the military offensive underway in Afghanistan, which he criticised for making victims among the civilian population.

He called on the USA to “temporarily sacrifice its own interests” and to undertake to form “a coalition for human development and democracy” in the world. He called the attacks on Afghanistan were more an act of revenge than any desire for an act of justice.
