An Israeli Jewish man is being held in prison after Israeli intelligence organizations have accused him of spying for the Hizbollah. The Israeli, real name undisclosed, is named by the media "Nissim". Born in Lebanon to a Jewish mother and a Muslim Father, is accused of coming to Israel and connecting with military personnel.
The Israelis say, Nissim provided Hizbollah with information regarding IDF plans and activities, including the renewal of the Israeli Policy on assassinations of terrorists.
Nissim also destroyed some evidence when he found out the Israelis were on to him. Israel does not have a death penalty except for Nazi criminals and for people accused of betraying the country, in front of a military court. Nissim will not be called to trial in front of a military court, so he only faces the life time in jail penalty.
