Morning Airraid Kills 15 Civilians, Injures Many In Kabul

This morning US airraid of Kabul brought 15 deaths and injured several tens of civilians. Nine children died in the raid, reports the Qatar-based Al Jazeera television. Missing persons, a family of ten among them, are searched under the debris. Three missiles were shot on the Afghan capital, one hitting a neighbourhood in the city north, says Al-Jazeera. An area northwest of Kabul, with Taliban barracks and heavy arms depot, was bombed in the small hours. Another several bombs hit the Kandahar airport and Taliban targets in the city environs.
