St. Petersburg Participates in Real Estate Exhibition in Munich

The 5th ExpoReal real estate exhibition opens in Munich today. For the first time, St. Petersburg is among its participants.

According to the press centre of the administration of St. Petersburg, the city presents the projects of its circular highway, the Lower Road to Petergof, the multifunctional New Okhta residential complex, the restoration of the Belvedere Palace in the town of Petrodvorets, a hotel and resort center in the village of Repino, a ferry terminal at the island of Kotlin, a trade centre near Electrosila metro train station, a hotel and business centre in the Moscow District, and a multifunctional complex involving the islands of Bychy and Bezymyanny.

The traditional participants include German cities leading on real estate markets and, since recently, a number of East European cities. St. Petersburg is the second Russian city to take part after Moscow.
