Moscow Fountains to Gush on Wednesday

Fountains will gush again in Moscow after the winter interval.

The opening ceremony is expected to be held at the Kremlin walls, where Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov will personally switch on the group of fountains in the Manezhnaya Square. Simultaneously more than 150 other fountains in the Russian capital will be started as well.

"All the fountain complexes have been uncovered, cleaned and washed," a RIA Novosti correspondent was told in the Gormost office.

No new fountains are expected to be opened this season.
