Moscow police have detained the "phone terrorist" who reported Friday on explosive devices allegedly planted at the capital's Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports. Both reports turned out to be false, but the airports' operation was suspended for several hours because of the anonymous hooligan.
A 31-year-old Muscovite turned out to be the hooligan. A criminal case has been started in his respect in accordance with the Russian Criminal Code's article "False reporting on an act of terrorism". The article envisages up to 3 years imprisonment.
