This data is given in the report on profits and losses as of July 1, 2003, submitted by Sberbank to the Central Bank of Russia. The largest proportion of deposits (28.8 percent) has a term of 1 to 3 years. The amount of deposits of non-resident individuals in Sberbank reached RUR1.96 trillion ($64.77bn) as of July 1, 2003.
Loans granted by the bank to non-governmental commercial organizations amounted to RUR487.43bn ($16.11bn) over the first six months of 2003, and the largest proportion of loans (33.6 percent) has a term of 0.5 to 1 year.
