Father Frost Works for Transport Police

Transport Police of the city of Chelyabinsk had decided to organize a real holiday for drivers who violate driving laws. The cars of the careless drivers are stopped by the transport police inspector masked as Grandfather Frost.

Instead of issuing a fine notice, the transport Grandfather Frost presents a bottle of champagne to the driver and greets him with the words: “Not at the wheel, but at the table!” Though afterwards the Grandfather asks to “work off” the violation: to sing, to dance, or to tell a funny story.

Most of drivers are really shocked with this manner and cannot even laugh. They immediately put the prepared money to their pocket, start dancing and then take the bottle of champagne and retreat fast from the spot.

More than 5.8 million people voted for Nicholas Maduro at the presidential election in Venezuela. This is more than a quarter of registered voters. Why did those people vote for the man, who, as Western media write, took Venezuela to the brink of collapse?

Venezuela may expect another Panama scenario from 1989
