New Year in Prison

The administration of a special regime prison N 3 in Dmitrovgrad Region has decided to excite holiday spirits in their prisoners. For these aims, the administration invented some simple contests.

For example, the prisoners create ice sculptures which are not worse than that ones in Moscow Pushkin Square. This contest final is appointed for December 31, while the winner gets a special prize from the administration. Another contest is devoted to the cell decoration. The prisoners make garlands and intricate snowflakes and with obvious pleasure decorate their plank beds.

The holiday known to everybody, including criminals, since childhood cannot leave indifferent even old offenders who become better, at least for this short time, feeling children again.

The discovery of the submarine has unveiled a few "inconsistencies." For example, how can one explain the fact that the sub was found where it needed to be searched for from the start?
