The Moody's statement, according to which it will review the ratings of 18 Russian banks, is connected with the general situation in the Russian banking sector but not with the situation in concrete credit organizations, MDM Bank Senior Vice President Ilya Razbash told RBC. According to him, there are private banks in Moody's rating, which are unlikely to be supported anyhow in case of a sudden cash outflow.
