Aeroflot shareholders to elect new board of directors this autumn

The board of directors of Aeroflot approved the agenda of a shareholder meeting that is to take place on September 14, 2002, the press service of the company reported. The agenda includes elections of members of the board of directors and audit commission.

Moreover, at today's meeting the board approved the appointment of Vladimir Antonov as the deputy general director of the company.
