Vneshekonombank, which services Russia's foreign debts, and Vneshtorgbank,which services Russia's foreign trade, have agreed on transferring assetsfrom Vneshekonombank to Vneshtorgbank totaling $340m-350m, Nikolay Kosov,first deputy head of Vneshekonombank, told journalists.
