VimpelCom puts cellular network in Tomsk into commercial use

The VimpelCom company has announced the beginning of commercial use of itscellular communication network in Tomsk. Local users can now subscribe tothe network's services. Ten cellular communication stations connected to aswitchboard in Novosibirsk with the initial capacity of over 100,000 usershave been installed in Tomsk as of now.
