These proposals were elaborated within the process of Russia's entering the WTO, Yevgeny Manakin, head of the trade policy department of the Russian Economy Ministry, announced today. He noted that negotiations between Russia and the EU on tariff policies continued successfully in the past one and a half months and the list of tariffs to be considered has reduced significantly. Manakin recalled that Russia and EU representatives held negotiations on access to the Russian market of services last week. He stated that the EU is fulfilling its obligations on agreements reached at the recent Russia-EU summit.
