YUKOS to pay interim dividends

At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of the oil company YUKOS adopted a decision to recommend an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to pay interim dividends for nine months of this year totaling 12.75bn rubles (about $400m). The shareholders' meeting is to take place on December 31, 2002, the press service of the company reported.
