Petrol price growth forecasted in North Caucasus

The petroleum market of the North Caucasus will be unpredictable the next two months, specialists of the LUKoil Severo-Kavkazsky Nefteprodukt (North Caucasus Oil Product) company reported to RBC. In March of 2002, petrol prices doubled in this region. Currently, a liter of A-76 petrol costs RUR7.5 (about $0.24), Ai-92 - RUR9 (about $0.29), Ai-95 - RUR10.5 (about $0.33). According to the forecasts of the company's specialists, in the near future A-76 petrol will cost RUR10 (about $0.32), Ai-92 - up to RUR12 (about $0.38), Ai-95 - up to RUR15 (about $0.48) per liter.
