An international arms exhibition center will open in the Moscow region in 2004. The center will be exhibiting arms, new military equipment and technologies, Moscow region's Governor Boris Gromov reported today. Gromov who had visited the new center's construction site said the center would occupy a training area where Russian Army's military equipment had been tested.
