Gazprom stocks may grow slightly today

Stocks of the Russian gas monopolist Gazprom are expected to rise a little today, as there are no reasons for a falling tendency, stock analysts reported in an interview with RBC. They noted that Gazprom securities were influenced only by the general situation on the stock market. Prices for Gazprom stocks may also continue fluctuating within RUR 33.3-34 today. The general situation in the Gazprom sector can be characterized as consolidation, experts said. This consolidation may be followed by a new rising tendency. Specialists also stated there were clients who purchased Gazprom stocks at the ask price, which may testify to some hidden processes observed on the market, which may become clear later. A lot of market participants are still concerned about the current situation on international markets, which makes them cautious and they have to make only short-term deals.
