Gov't to discuss financial plans of natural monopolies today

At today's meeting the Russian government will discuss the question of prices for products of natural monopolies in 2003. Deputy Economy Minister Andrey Sharonov will make a report on this issue. The Cabinet of Ministers is also to consider drafts of the program of capital investments and a financial plan of the federal railroad for 2003. Moreover, the government will discuss drafts of the investment program of the gas industry, Gazprom's financial plan for 2003, drafts of RAO UES and Rosenergoatom financial plans for 2003. Energy Minister Igor Yusufov is to deliver a report on these questions.
