Customs Committee posts data on sales turnover between Russia and CIS

The sales turnover between Russia and the CIS countries amounted to $11.4bnin the first half of 2002 decreasing by 14.4 percent as compared to thecorresponding period of 2002, the State Customs Committee of Russiareported. Exports went down by 5 percent to $6.8bn; imports declined by25.3 percent to $4.6bn.
