TV-6 To Hold Extraordinary Meeting Of Shareholders Today

An extraordinary general meeting of TV-6 shareholders will be held in Moscow today. According to TV-6 General Director Yevgeny Kiselyov, the agenda of this meeting consists of eight questions and the main one among them is the liquidation of the TV-6 television company. As we reported earlier, on January 11 the Board of the Supreme Arbitration Court confirmed the lower court's decision about the liquidation of the Moscow Independent Broadcasting Corporation that was broadcasting on the TV-6 channel.
