YUKOS reserves $400.9m for interim dividend payments

YUKOS shareholders made a decision to pay interim dividends for nine months of 2002 in the amount of 12.75bn rubles (about $400.9m) - 5.7 rubles for each common share. A corresponding announcement was made by the press service of the oil giant. The meeting was conducted by absentee ballot on December 31, 2002. A decision was made that interim dividends will be paid to shareholders registered in the company's share register as of November 15, 2002. The dividends will be paid by March 1, 2003.
