Bryntsalov faces penalty for illegal intellectual property use

The actions of Bryntsalov, a Russian pharmaceutical company, in sellingNOS BRA, a medicine, have been recognized as unscrupulous competition inrespect to Chinoin, the press service of the Russian Ministry forAntimonopoly Policy reported to RBC. Chinoin owns exclusive rights for thetrademark, which contains words "NO SPA" employed while selling themedicine. After an investigation into the matter, the Antimonopoly PolicyMinistry made a decision to recognize the actions of Bryntsalov asviolating Russian laws in selling products by illegally using intellectualproperty. .
