Tax authorities of CIS countries, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia among them, will create a unified databank on illegal deals made in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and on activities of suspicious companies. This decision was made today at the 5th meeting of the CIS Coordination Council of heads of tax and financial investigation agencies, which took place in Tbilisi (Georgia).

The participants of the meeting were heads of tax and financial investigation agencies of 12 CIS countries. For the first time, representatives of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia took part in the meeting as observers.
