Financial investments gained from 32.214bn rubles ($1.04bn) to 45.106bn rubles ($1.45bn). Capital assets grew from 90.763bn rubles ($2.93bn) to 131.824bn rubles ($4.24bn).
The board of directors of LUKoil will recommend a shareholder meeting, which is to take place on June 27, 2002, to adopt these figures.
