According to traders, the marketshowed a positive reaction to a sharp increase in prices for US futuresthat were posted after Iraq announced its readiness to let UN observersenter the country. As a result, within the first minute of the tradesession at the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) RAO UES ofRussia's stocks rose 1.9 percent, Rostelecom's stocks grew 2.2 percent andLUKoil's stocks posted a 1.5 percent gain. However, according tospecialists, a serious negative factor that may impact stock prices duringthe day is a drop in oil prices that will inevitably take place today inLondon following sinking prices in the US.
