PM submits bill on commercial secrets to State Duma

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has signed a ruling on submitting a federal bill on commercial secrets to the lower house of the Russian parliament for consideration, the department of government information reported. Deputy Minister of Industry, Science and Technology Andrey Fursenko has been commissioned to be the official representative of the Russian government while considering this bill by the State Duma and the Federation Council.
