Azerbaijani President satisfied with development of relations between Russia and Azerbaijan

Azerbaijani President Geidar Aliyev believes that it is possible for Russia and Azerbaijan to fulfill all agreements signed between them. The Trend news agency reported that the Azerbaijani leader made that statement during a bilateral meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Ashkhabad after the end of the summit talks of the Caspian Five. "The relations between Russia and Azerbaijan are intensively developing in the right direction, and Azerbaijan is pleased with that," Aliyev pointed out. Commenting on the results of the summit talks between the leaders of Caspian countries in Ashkhabad, the Azerbaijani President stated that it was a good opportunity to discuss existing problems. According to Aliyev, leaders of Caspian nations need to hold such meetings more frequently.
