Russia-denmark Exhibition In Moscow

An exhibition, "Russia-Demnark: 500 years of cooperation", was opened in Moscow by Vladimir Kozlov, director of Russia's federal archives, and Johan Noak, director of Denmark's state archive. About 250 exhibits, many of which are original copies, were already displayed in Denmark in 1993 and 1995. On view are archive materials revealing the dynasty connections of the Russian and Danish thrones in the 19th-20th centuries, authentic texts of the treaties and scrolls of the 15th-16th centuries and documents following the activities of Danish companies in Russia in the 19th-20th centuries, the life of Russian POWs in the first world war and Russian emigrants in Denmark after the 1917 Bolshevik revolution.
