President Briefed On The Results Of Rosoboronexport Activity In 2001

President Vladimir Putin of Russia met with Andrei Belyaninov, director general of Rosoboronexport. Sergei Prikhodko, head of the presidential foreign-policy department, who took part in the meeting, reported that certain instructions given by the Russian president in the course of the Security Council session on military-technological cooperation issues were specified. Andrei Belyaninov informed the head of state about the main results of Rosoboronexport activity in 2001. Vladimir Putin approved on the whole efforts taken by the leaders and the entire staff of Rosoboronexport this year and plans of the state company for the near future to further implement important tasks in this sector, Sergei Prikhodko noted.
