Slavneft elects new Board of Directors

Shareholders of the Slavneft oil and gas company elected a new Board of Directors consisting of 10 members, at an Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting today, a representative of one of the shareholders told RBC. On the part of Sibneft, the members of the Board are Slavneft President Yury Sukhanov, Slavneft Executive Director Oleg Shchyogolev, head of the Millhouse Capital (manages a packet of Sibneft shares) Moscow office David Davidovich, Millhouse Capital department chief Andrey Osipov and Millhouse Capital lawyer Zhanna Yanochkina.

On the part of the Tyumen Oil Company (TNK), the new Board includes TNK Executive German Khan, Deputy Directors for Economics and Finance Igor Akhmerov and Alexey Moskov, Deputy Director for Marketing, Sales and Refining Jonathan Collek, and Deputy Director for Geology and Production Frank Riber.

In the near future, a meeting of the Board of Directors via absentee ballot will be held, where the Chairman and the Secretary of the new Board are to be elected.
