Kasyanov Says Russia Is Completing Negotiations On Entering WTO

The course of negotiations on Russia's entering the WTO has been improved in the past months, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov announced at a meeting of the Consulting Council for Foreign Investments in Russia today. He thinks that the negotiations will be completed soon. Kasyanov noted that Russia should take a worthy place on the international market, a place that would correspond to its economic potential. In addition, he evaluated Russia's entering the WTO as an important factor for improving the investment climate in this country.
