Russian President Vladimir Putin had on Wednesday a meeting with Prime-Minister Mikhail Kasyanov. As the president's press secretary Alexei Gromov said, the head of state and the Prime-Minister discussed the course of the implementation of the recently adopted law on countering legalisation of incomes obtained in a criminal way. According to him, the matter concerned in particular "completion of the work to prepare a decree on setting up a financial monitoring body". Furthermore, the questions relating to submittance and consideration in the lower chamber of parliament of draft laws ensuring carrying out of a military, judicial and legal reforms were discussed at the meeting.
