Russia's President Instructs Premier To Report On Cabinet's 2002-2004 Actions Plan

Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov prior to February 15 to report on considering the government's plan of action in 2002-2004. This matter was discussed at a Thursday meeting between the head of state and the prime minister, RIA Novosti was told at the Kremlin press service. They also touched upon a set of subjects in relation to the activities of natural monopolies, reported the press service.
