Defense Ministry undecided about timetable for reassignment of military aircraft

A specific timetable for reassigning the army's aviation to the Air Forceof Russia has not been defined yet, the Defense Ministry's Press Servicereported to RBC, commenting on media reports that the process oftransferring the ground forces' aviation to the Air Force would becompleted by November 1, 2002.
