Putin presents condolences to Bush

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with his UScounterpart George W. Bush, the Russian president's press service reported.This conversation was held on the initiative of the Russian leader.Putin noted he would like to talk to the US President exactly today."Russians say that time assuages, however, there are things we cannot andshould not forget," the Russian President was quoted as saying.
